Penny Wood

Licensed in 1996, Penny brings and abundance of knowledge and experience to her business. For Penny, helping her clients buy or sell a home is more than just a business transaction. Penny has built her business with heartfelt care and strives to achieve a relationship that goes beyond the closing table. Penny’s clients will tell you that her frequent “pop-bys” are a fun reminder that she values their connection, their past and future business as well as their referrals to family and friends. 

With a focus on excellence in customer service, Penny is able to assist clients from border to border in both New Hampshire and Maine. 

Penny’s family is her ultimate joy and she is often in the bleachers or on the sideline cheering on her 3 children and 5 grandchildren’s activities. In summer, she and her husband John enjoy their lakeside camp in Vermont and through the winter months they are season ticket holders for the UNH men’s hockey team.
