Jenn Starling

As half of a team partnership with Penny Wood, Jenn works with buyers and sellers in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Ten years ago, Jenn and Penny initially teamed up when Jenn first became a licensed agent. Family changes forced Jenn to step away from real estate but when Covid hit and her job was closed for some time, Jenn decided it was the perfect opportunity to return to her love of real estate and was fortunate to be able to join Penny again. 

Jenn has always excelled in positions where customer service is of highest importance so it’s no surprise that she brings that focus and friendship building into her business. Tough under pressure, she strives to help her clients ease through the home buying and selling process as painlessly as possible. 

A native of Rollinsford NH, Jenn has spent her life on the NH Seacoast. When she’s not in business mode she can be found traveling the roads on her Harley. Jenn lives in Nottingham with her son and their rescue pup, Piper.
