Chris and Jan have been NH Seacoast residents since 1997 when they moved from Pittsburgh, PA and built a home in Newfields. Jan has a Bachelor of Education Degree
As a testament to their knowledge, communication skills and experience, they've had several repeat Clients with multiple transactions. Over the decades, they have seen and worked through many different Real Estate markets. They have worked with first time Buyers, new construction, single-family homes, multi-family investment properties, land sales and even short sales and foreclosures.
They pride themselves on their responsiveness and availability to their Client needs and concerns. They keep their Clients one step ahead in the sometimes complex Real Estate transactions. They are proactive and innovated with any issues that may arise by providing solutions that insure smooth milestones towards closing.
In their free time they like to enjoy the many outdoor activities New Hampshire has to offer. Hiking, biking, skiing and the beaches are a few of their favorites. Chris has completed the NH 48 Peaks hikes over 4000 feet with their first Cattle Dog Kiwi by his side. His local winter favorites are Fat Tire biking or cross country skiing with Yeti and Qwi their two Cattle Dogs. Summers are enjoyed by Boating and fishing on NH lakes, rivers and Ocean. Having raised two daughters here in the Seacoast, they cherish time spent with them, their Son-in-Laws, twin boy grandsons and a granddaughter.

from the University of Georgia. She substitute taught in the Exeter, SAU 16 School District for 5 years. Looking for a career change, Jan attained her Real Estate license in 2003. Chris has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. He earned his pilot license at age 17. He attained his Real Estate license in early 2004 and they have been working as a team since.
