Wendy Tauber

Southerner, turned world traveler, who became enamored with New England and decided to make it home, Wendy knows what it means to pack up a home and head in search of a new one…over and over again.  As a Real Estate Agent, she makes personal connections with colleagues and clients and believes the search for a home can be a heartfelt adventure.  Wendy found her professional home with the wonderful team of ladies at H&K Realty.  

Living in an international environment, combined with a degree in psychology, and past work in interior design, Wendy has a unique perspective on the significance of “home”. Serving as the community liaison to US employees posted abroad, she sat on the housing board responsible for procuring residences and placing families according to their needs.  She served as welcome coordinator, and event planner, as well as education, employment, and medical liaison to all incoming families. She also represented those same families in a crisis management role when the need arose for evacuation due to security concerns.  

Wendy works well with a varied client base. She is patient with first time home buyers, keen with investors, and cognizant of the needs of homeowners seeking to increase or scale down the size of their home.  

Wendy commits time as a leader in Scouts BSA. It is her mission to help guide youth along a successful life path, not just now, but in whatever future endeavors they aspire to achieve. She also supports non profit organizations, Bedrock Gardens and Great Island Garden Club, where she is active in service to community, conservation, and education. 

Wendy sets lofty personal and professional goals and encourages those around her to do the same.  Sometimes that encouragement is quite literally shouted from a mountaintop, which is where you’ll find her adventuring when she’s not helping you find your perfect home.
